All amounts are in U.S. dollars. Regular rates apply on or before December 17, 2026.

Credit card payments
You can pay securely by credit card in the online registration system.
Check payments
After you submit your online registration, you'll be taken to an invoice page. Print it and include a copy with your payment. Make checks payable to ICCS in U.S. dollars and send them to:

Cancellation policy
To request a refund of your registration fee, email courses@cytometry.org.
- For cancellations received before December 17, 2026, we refund 75% of the registration fee.
- You can send a substitute at any time at no extra charge.
- No cancellations can be requested after December 17, 2026.
